Recipes for Joy! An Online Pranayama Course

Beginning November 15, 2020

This self-directed course offers a deep dive into dynamic, imaginative breath work, featuring 16 original videos and supporting texts by Dages Juvelier Keates. Each section offers up four guided practices, like separate ingredients: two implicit, two explicit. Each pranayama practice is like making a meal. String these bite sized morsels together to create a longer and more complex recipe, or use them uniquely for a daily snack. By the end of the course you’ll be able to whip up your own concoctions with insights gleaned from that most valuable teacher, experience. Course designed by Emile Sorger with videos by Lisa Dunn. 

Recipes for Joy also includes a live practice with Dages on Zoom on 12/5 at 6pm CET.
