The goal of this course is to integrate what you love and are learning about Katonah Yoga ® with what you already know and teach. I was a Vinyasa teacher and teacher trainer for over a decade when I started to study and integrate Katonah Yoga® theory into my classes. And while they may seem like radically different approaches to a yoga practice, there are some solid similarities that allow a student and teacher of both to create a fantastic experience for their students.
